Running group is starting again now that we can breathe in the cooler air. Carrie (mostly) will be leading them. Carrie ran at Long Beach State and specialized in cross country. In California, she coached high school track and cross country for 6 years. This running group is designed for 8 to 13-year-olds who would like to just run. This is not professional training. No stride analysis. Just come out and run a little. Fulfill your Marathon Kids mileage or just meet other kids who like to run.
Tuesday @ 4:30 at the Austin High boat ramp.
